Simply Amazing.

I engaged with Christine through a referral from a close friend. I was in the process of selling and buying a new home and had become quite stressed and overwhelmed. Christine was that calming voice on the other end of the phone. Christine was able to help me navigate through the processes which I was unfamiliar with. She gave me the questions that I needed to ask and gave me the confidence to exercise my rights as a vendor and not being bullied by my real estate agent.  

She would call me regularly sometimes several times a times a day. There was never a dumb question. She was always polite, professional and very respectful. 

She liaised with the real state agent’s on my behalf and talked me through all the paperwork’s and contracts. Which can be quite daunting. 

I’m now in my new forever home and couldn’t have done it without her. I’m so very grateful that I had Christine to help me.

Great Agent

Christine has great real estate knowledge and understands people extremely well. Christine conducted all inspections personally and always gave good feedback. In a very short time we had an offer that was acceptable to us, only for Christine to take another client through and achieve a much better offer! Christine Browning.

Christine came to us and explained the selling process so clearly. She was at all times approachable, professional and a pleasure to talk to. We are very glad we had Christine. I have sold a lot of houses in my life but this was, without doubt, the best experience I have had. Christine was invaluable in helping us prepare for open home and excellent in giving us presentation ideas and tips. I would recommend Christine to anyone wishing to sell their house.
