How Does This Work?

The first thing we do is organise a phone meeting or a face to face if you prefer to discuss if a coach is beneficial to your needs. This initial consultation is free. During our chat, we discuss the next steps and the process in greater detail.

How Much Does it Cost?

Services vary in cost depending on the level of service you need. Services start from $300 for an initial assessment.  Each situation is unique, so after the initial consultation we provide a full breakdown of services and fees in a quote. 

Step 1: Getting Started

This is a discovery session to determine any repairs needed, researching comparable properties, determining your sale method and your marketing strategy and preparing to go to market. Read more . . .

Step 2: Interview Real Estate Agents and Negotiate Offers.

Step 2 is where we find the best agent to work with for your particular situation, negotiate their commission, marketing spend and sales strategy. Once appointed I work directly with them, or with you to negotiate the offers as they are presented through to the finalisation of the sale.

Step 3: Concierge Service

For those who are busy, or incapacitated, this is a service to manage trades, inspections, maintenance or any other property related tasks that need doing prior to going on the market.

Step 4: Purchasing Another Home

Assistance to find another home, inspect it and negotiate the purchase. Navigating the process can be daunting, so we help take you through the contract and all aspects of the transaction to finalise the purchase of your home. Read more . . .

Step 5: Phone Coaching

It helps to have someone on the end of the phone that can advise you on the best course of action to take, or can give you the words to use, or step in to manage any pitfalls you may encounter along the way.
